How do you take ZENSO Kuro Daitto? How many a day, how to mix it, and what to take it with
Reviewed by Health Advisor Team
Short answer: Pour 200 ml of water into a shaker or any bottle with a lid, add one sachet of ZENSO Kuro Daitto, shake hard and drink it straight away. Have one sachet a day in place of breakfast. Two a day replaces two meals; eat the third meal normally. Don't replace all three meals. A box of 30 sachets lasts exactly 30 days at one a day.
How do I take it, at a glance?
| Item | Suggestion |
|---|---|
| Dose | 1 sachet a day in place of breakfast; at most 2 a day in place of two meals |
| How to mix | 200 ml water in a shaker or bottle with a lid, add 1 sachet, shake, drink straight away |
| Flavour | Chocolate, Vanilla Macadamia or Coffee; same price |
| One box lasts | 30 sachets: 30 days at 1 a day; 15 days at 2 a day |
| Suggested course | The full 90 days (3 boxes) |
Why replace breakfast first?
Breakfast is the meal that goes wrong most often. Either you skip it, or you grab a bun and a sweet drink on the way. Without enough protein and fibre, you're looking for food before lunch.
Replace it with one sachet of Daitto: about 130 kcal, with protein, fibre and konjac to keep you full till lunch, and Slimaluma® to help curb your afternoon appetite. Eat your other two meals as normal. Sensible meals and regular movement help.
Which flavour should I choose?
The one you'll look forward to every morning.
- Chocolate and Vanilla Macadamia: smooth and creamy, no added sugar, JAKIM Halal certified.
- Coffee: made with Robusta beans, about 120 mg of caffeine a sachet, roughly one Americano. It is the newer flavour and isn't covered by the Halal certificate. Skip it if you are sensitive to caffeine.
What can I take it with?
- Milk: you can mix it with milk, but milk adds calories. Mixed with 200 ml of water, a sachet stays at about 130 kcal.
- Other ZENSO products: yes. The ZENSO routine is Kuro Mizu on waking, Daitto at breakfast, and Kuro Shuga and Kuro Oiru chewed before lunch and dinner.
- Iron supplements: keep them 2 hours apart from the Coffee flavour.
- Prescription medication: ask your doctor first.
Who should ask a doctor first?
- Pregnant or breastfeeding: ask your doctor first.
- On medication or managing a long-term condition: ask your doctor first.
- Allergic to milk or soy: don't take it. It contains whey protein, milk protein in the fibre creamer, and soy, and it is not lactose-free.
- Sensitive to caffeine: skip the Coffee flavour.
- Under 18: ask a doctor first.
Not noticing anything? What can I adjust?
- Check you mix it with water: with milk or added sugar, it is no longer about 130 kcal.
- Check your other two meals: Daitto replaces one meal. The other two still need to be balanced.
- Give it enough time: in week 1, look at whether you snack less. In weeks 2–4, look at portions and regularity.
- Ask your advisor: message your advisor on Messenger, before or after ordering, to fit it around your routine. Don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days? You get a full refund.
