In short: We are an authorised Wellous distributor. We sell genuine Wellous products in Singapore and nine other markets, and our team of real health advisors looks after every order one to one, on Facebook Messenger or by email.

Who are we?

We are an authorised distributor of Wellous, the Malaysian company that makes every product on this site. We serve customers in ten markets, including Singapore, and work the same way in all of them: genuine stock from the authorised channel, and a real person you can talk to.

Our Health Advisor Team is at the centre of that. When you message us, an advisor replies to you personally, helps you choose, confirms your order and follows up after it arrives.

Why does it matter where you buy?

Shopee, Lazada, Carousell and other third-party platforms carry many fake products, and Wellous has told customers not to buy there. Sellers on those platforms are outside the authorised channel, so there is no advisor follow-up and no money-back guarantee.

How can I check that you are authorised?

• Ask before you pay. Ask any of our advisors to show you proof of our authorisation. We're happy to, and it's a fair question to ask any seller.
• Scan the QR code when your order arrives. Scan the anti-counterfeit QR code on the pack. If it doesn't verify, don't open the pack and message us straight away.

How does ordering work?

Choose a pack on any product page and Facebook Messenger opens. An advisor confirms your order, delivery address and payment with you. Prices are the uniform list prices for Singapore, shown in Singapore dollars (S$) on each product page. Online card checkout is coming later.
