How long does ZENSO Kuro Daitto take to work? What you may notice from day 1 to day 90
Reviewed by Health Advisor Team
Short answer: When you replace breakfast with ZENSO Kuro Daitto, the first thing most people notice in week 1 is staying full till lunch and snacking much less. In weeks 2–4 (1 box), portions get smaller, bowel movements get more regular and the scale starts to shift. In months 2–3 (3 boxes), the waist looks slimmer, clothes fit more loosely and energy holds up. Everyone starts from a different place, so we don't give kilo numbers. Sensible meals and regular movement help.
What is the timeline?
| When | Stage | What most people notice |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | First sachet | Shake with 200 ml water and breakfast is done: about 130 kcal, with protein, fibre and 18 vitamins and minerals |
| Week 1 | Full | One sachet at breakfast keeps you full till lunch; far fewer snacks |
| Weeks 2–4 · 1 box | Portions | Smaller portions, more regular, and the scale starts to shift |
| Months 2–3 · 3 boxes | Shape | A slimmer-looking waist, looser clothes, energy that holds up |
This follows the product page and assumes one sachet a day in place of breakfast. Individual results vary.
Why do some people see changes faster than others?
- What you eat at other meals: Daitto replaces one meal. Your other two meals and supper still affect the result.
- How you mix it: with milk or added sugar, it is no longer about 130 kcal.
- How regularly you drink it: taking it only when you remember makes changes in fullness and appetite hard to build.
- Movement and routine: sensible meals and regular movement help.
Why 90 days (3 boxes)?
Box 1 (30 days) is mainly about fullness, snacking and portions, and the scale is only starting to shift. The product page puts changes in waist and clothes at months 2–3, and 3 boxes cover those 90 days exactly.
Three boxes are also the lowest price a box, from S$4.28 a day. Your advisor checks in on days 1, 7, 30, 60 and 90 to help you adjust around eating out and late nights.
A week in and my weight hasn't changed. Is that normal?
Yes. In week 1, look at how long you stay full in the morning and whether you look for snacks in the afternoon. Check three things:
- Are you mixing one sachet with 200 ml of water every day, as breakfast?
- Have you adjusted your other two meals and supper?
- Are you measuring your waist on the same day each week?

Frequently asked questions
How many kilos will I lose with Kuro Daitto?
We don't give kilo numbers, and we'd be wary of anyone who does, because everyone starts from a different place. Use a tape measure and the scale to track your own change.
Will I feel full from day one?
Each sachet has protein, fibre and konjac, and keeps you full for up to 4 hours (results vary). The product page describes week 1 as staying full till lunch and snacking much less.
Will the weight come back if I stop?
Daitto replaces the meal that goes wrong most often. If breakfast goes back to skipped or a grabbed bun after you stop, the afternoon snacks and suppers may come back too. On day 90, your advisor helps you decide how to keep it up.
Do I have to drink it for 90 days?
No. To try it first, one box (30 days) shows you changes in fullness and snacking. To see changes in your waist and clothes, the product page suggests the full 3 boxes.
