Wellous · ZENSO fluid-balance formula
Which of these is you?
Your body isn't storing fat. It's storing water.
Sound familiar?
- A puffy face and eyes when you wake
- Your ring or watch gets tight
- Tight shoes and sock marks by evening
- Salty food most days
- Long hours sitting or standing, in air-con
- A normal weight, but you look bigger
None of this means you eat too much or move too little. It is usually one thing: your body is holding water and salt.

Pillar: water
Kuro MizuDe-puff
No puffy face in the morning, no heavy legs by evening
- Less water retention
- Lets go of extra water
- A firmer-looking shape
- Water back in balance
Salty food and long hours sitting make your body hold on to water, and it shows as puffiness. CactiNea™ helps your body let go of the extra sodium and water without flushing out the potassium and magnesium you need. It isn't dehydration; it's getting back to your normal.
Each 10 ml sachet carries 1,000 mg of a patented French prickly pear extract, plus Kagoshima black vinegar fermented in clay pots for 1,000 days (about 3 years). Tear it open and drink. No mixing.

The real problem
Held water isn't starved off. It has to be let go.
Dieting doesn't move water, and whatever you sweat out returns by tomorrow. Kuro Mizu goes straight at it: first thing in the morning, while the puffiness is at its worst, the fluid-balance formula helps you release the water and salt your body hung on to through the night.

Your month, one sachet at a time
Days 1-3
One sachet first thing.
Expect a few more bathroom trips in the morning; that's the excess water on its way out.
Week 1
Your face looks less swollen in the morning, and the first drop on the scale is water.
Weeks 2-4 · 1 box
Lighter legs; clothes feel looser at the waist.
Month 2 · 2 boxes
A more defined face, and you wake up lighter every morning.
Everyone responds differently. You'll get more from it if you also cut back on salt, drink enough water and keep moving.

Frequently asked questions
Results and how it works
When will I see results?
Everyone responds differently. Days 1-3: a few more bathroom trips in the morning. Week 1: your face looks less swollen on waking. Weeks 2-4: lighter legs, clothes looser at the waist. Month 2: a more defined face. You'll get more from it with less salt, enough water and regular exercise.
How many kilos will I lose?
We don't give kilo numbers. Kuro Mizu works on retained water and salt: what goes first is water, not fat. To work on fat and blood sugar as well, look at ZENSO Advance or Pro.
My weight is normal. Why do I still look puffy?
Because often it isn't fat, it's held water. Salty food and long hours sitting make your body hold water, and it shows first in your face, ankles and calves. Kuro Mizu is made for exactly this.
Is the CactiNea™ study a study of Kuro Mizu?
No. The study tested the ingredient CactiNea™ on its own, 2 g daily in 15 women over 7 days: heavy-leg feeling down 67%, feelings of swelling in feet, ankles and calves down 68%, and 87% convinced it worked. It shows what the lead ingredient can do; Kuro Mizu itself was not trialled.
The study used 2 g a day. Is one sachet enough?
Each sachet carries 1,000 mg of CactiNea™, and for most people one sachet on waking is enough. The label allows 1-2 a day; if you want to take two, ask your advisor how to fit them in, and take both in the morning or before midday, never at night.
Is it a diuretic drug? Will it flush out my potassium and magnesium too?
It isn't a drug. Kuro Mizu is a food, and NPRA classifies it as one. Wellous notes that CactiNea™ helps release surplus sodium and water without taking the potassium and magnesium your body needs along with it. If you take a diuretic or blood-pressure medicine, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
Why does ZENSO link inflammation with holding water?
Additives, too much salt and refined oils in processed food keep the body in a low, constant state of inflammation, a kind of guard mode, and a body on guard holds on to water more easily. That's why, beside CactiNea™ and juniper, Kuro Mizu carries meadowsweet and ginger to help your body settle that everyday load.
Taking it
How do I take Kuro Mizu?
As soon as you wake, tear a sachet and drink the full 10 ml straight. Plum and berry flavour, nothing to mix or add, and nicer still from the fridge.
Why in the morning and not at night?
It helps your body let go of held water, so you may visit the toilet more after taking it. Take it when you wake and that happens in the morning, right when the overnight puffiness is there. At night it would disturb your sleep.
Will I need the toilet more often?
Possibly, in the morning, as the extra water leaves. CactiNea™ and juniper help release what your body stored overnight, which is exactly why it's a morning drink and not an evening one.
Does it have sugar?
A little. It contains honey, so we don't call it sugar-free or 'no added sugar': each 10 ml sachet comes to 7 kcal with 0.5 g of sugars and just 2 mg of sodium. That's a small amount, but if you're watching your sugar or have diabetes, check with your doctor first.
Can I combine it with Kuro Daitto, Oiru or Shuga?
Yes, they're designed to go together. Kuro Mizu when you wake, Daitto at breakfast, and Oiru and Shuga chewed before lunch and dinner.
How do I store it?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once a sachet is open, drink the whole thing.
ZENSO sets
Which ZENSO sets already include Kuro Mizu?
ZENSO Advance, ZENSO Pro, ZENSO GLPro and the ZENSO Keep Burn Set each include 1 box; the ZENSO 7-Day Trial Pack has 7 sachets. If you're already on one of these, you don't need to buy it separately.
I'm on ZENSO Lite. Should I add Kuro Mizu?
Lite is three pillars (Daitto, Shuga, Oiru) without Kuro Mizu. Advance is Lite plus Kuro Mizu, which Wellous says is usually what makes the first month visibly different. To add the water pillar, add this box on its own or move up to Advance.
Safety
Who should check with a doctor first?
Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication (especially diuretics or blood-pressure medicine), or with kidney or heart problems or a long-term condition should ask a doctor or pharmacist first. Swelling that appears suddenly, is painful or won't settle needs a doctor, not Kuro Mizu.
Is Kuro Mizu halal?
Yes. JAKIM certifies it halal, and Halvec Laboratories, on JAKIM's laboratory panel, found no porcine DNA.
Why is there no KKM MAL number?
Kuro Mizu is a food: a Wellous health functional food, specifically a ready-to-drink botanical beverage, so it doesn't carry one. MAL numbers cover medicines and supplements, and Malaysia's NPRA classifies Kuro Mizu as food. SGS tested it against 365 drugs and found none.
Buying and genuine stock
Is ZENSO Kuro Mizu Anti-Bloat Drink on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell genuine?
Often not. Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. Many listings there are fake, plenty of people only find out after buying, and some sellers pretend to be us. Buy from an authorised distributor for the QR authenticity check, advisor follow-up and the 30-day money-back guarantee.
How long does a box last, and how many should I buy?
At one a day, a 30-sachet box covers 30 days. The label allows 1-2 a day, and at two a day one box runs 15 days. One box is enough to try it; two boxes (recommended) carry you through both months and the month-2 changes.
Why do some sellers charge much less?
A price far under normal can mean old stock, repacked boxes or fakes. An authorised dealer gives you sealed boxes, an advisor who follows up and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do I order and how fast is delivery?
Pick your boxes and tap order. Messenger opens, your advisor confirms the address and payment, and your order ships free across Malaysia.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Drink it for 30 days. Don't feel a genuine difference? Message your advisor and you get 100% of what you paid back.

A puffy face and eyes when you wake
Eight hours of sleep and the mirror still shows a swollen face. Cold water, ice, and it's still there when you leave.
Your ring or watch gets tight
On easily in the morning, stuck by the afternoon. Take the watch off and there's a ring round your wrist.
Tight shoes and sock marks by evening
Shoes that fit at 8am pinch at 6pm. Peel off your socks and there's a deep line round each ankle.
Salty food most days
Kicap, sambal, a bowl of instant noodles, late supper at the mamak. All delicious, and your body counts every gram of salt.
Long hours sitting or standing, in air-con
Eight hours at a desk or a full day behind a counter. By night your legs feel like lead.
A normal weight, but you look bigger
The scale says fine. The camera says rounder face, thicker waist. That isn't always fat.

Salt is the hold-water switch
Eating out, processed food and sauces carry far more salt than you think. Every salty bite, your body keeps a little more water.
Sit still and it sinks
Long hours sitting or standing, little walking in a cold office, and the water shows up first in your ankles, calves and shoes.
It stays overnight
Your body holds yesterday's water and salt all night. The puffy face, puffy eyes and tight ring in the morning are the proof.
It makes you look heavier than you are
A rounder face, a thicker waist, heavier legs. Many people think it's fat. Often it's water.
Processed food puts your body on guard
Additives, too much salt and refined oils keep the body in a low, constant state of inflammation. A body on guard holds on to water more easily.

Why the things you've tried leave you puffy again the next morning
Eating less
Skipping meals costs you energy, not water. The salt and the sitting are still there, so the water stays.
Drinking more water
Enough water is right, but a salty meal still makes your body hold on. Water alone doesn't deal with the salt.
Cutting salt and supper
In Malaysia, eating out, tapau and hawker food are every day. You can last a week. Not a year.
Ice, massage, sweating it out
It moves things for an hour. The water and salt are still in your body, and after one night's sleep it's back.

Tear a sachet as soon as you're up and drink the whole 10 ml, plum and berry, no mixing. The fluid-balance pair, CactiNea™ cactus fruit and juniper berries, helps release the water and salt stored through the night. Meadowsweet, ginger, Japanese red plum and 1,000-day fermented black vinegar back up your natural water balance and digestion. Six ingredients working together: 1 + 1 adds up to more than 2.
