ZENSO Kuro Kosen

From RM213.33 / box

Still hungry when you're full? It's not willpower. Your gut bacteria are starving.

Feeling full isn't only about a stretched stomach. A big part of the 'enough' signal starts in your gut, and the good bacteria that help send it live on fibre, which most of us don't eat enough of. Kuro Kosen tops it up. 1-2 sachets a day, Prune or White Peach.Learn more

ZENSO Kuro Kosen

Wellous · ZENSO fifth pillar · the gut

This isn't a character flaw. It's a supply problem in your gut.

You're not lacking willpower. You're lacking fibre.

Sound familiar?

  1. Full, and still can't stop
  2. An hour after dinner, hungry again
  3. Eating out: lots of rice, hardly any veg
  4. Regular only with a laxative
  5. Jar after jar of probiotics, nothing felt
  6. Never quite regular since the baby

Every one points to the same thing: the gut bacteria that help send your fullness signal have been starved.

Kuro Kosen

Pillar: gut

Kuro KosenGut + fullness

Feed your good gut bacteria, and the 'I'm full' signal comes back

  • Easier digestion, less bloating
  • More regular
  • Gets metabolism going
  • Only 19 kcal a sachet
In plain words

A big part of feeling full is a signal sent by the good bacteria in your gut. Starve them long enough and the signal fades, so you're still hungry after a proper meal. Kosen's fibre is food for exactly those bacteria, and konjac swells in your stomach for real fullness. Feed the bacteria and you stop feeling hungry all the time.

Why it isn't ordinary

28 active ingredients plus Nutrallax®, a patented essence made from Californian prunes. Prune or white peach: mix with water and drink, or make it a jelly with hot water and chill it for an hour as a snack.

Not a laxative. Not a cleanse. Food for your bacteria.

The other four pillars lean on this one. Look after carbs and fat cells as much as you want: if your gut isn't sending the 'enough' message, you'll keep wanting more. Kuro Kosen refills that supply where it starts.

Looking after your gut: what to expect, and when

  1. Day 1 · Tonight

One sachet this evening, before dinner (after dinner or at bedtime works too): 200ml room-temperature water, shake, drink straight away.

For most people one in the evening is enough; on two, take one before lunch and one before dinner.

  2. Weeks 1–2 · Comfort

The soluble fibre pulls in water and your bathroom routine evens out.

Konjac fills the stomach, so you push the plate away sooner without forcing it. For these two weeks, drink more water than you think you need.

  3. Weeks 3–8 · Settling in

Fed with the fibre they were missing, the good bacteria settle back in bit by bit.

This is the quiet part: it's happening before you can feel it.

  4. Months 2–6 · The signal returns

With more good bacteria, the fullness signal comes back gradually.

Feeling full is no longer a rule you hold yourself to; your body tells you.

Your good bacteria are a living population, not an on-off switch, and they recover at their own pace. Results differ from person to person.

Frequently asked questions

Results and how it works

Is this just a fibre supplement?

It's fibre, but chosen fibre. Soluble wheat fibre is the kind good bacteria feed on, and well-fed bacteria give your own fullness signal a chance to come back; konjac adds fullness in the stomach; Nutrallax® prune essence keeps you regular. It's aimed at the bacteria, not only your bowel.

How does it compare with weight-loss jabs?

They're different, and Kosen doesn't replace a prescription medicine; we will never tell you to stop one. A jab supplies something similar to your fullness signal from outside; Kosen contains no medicine and feeds the good bacteria that support your body's own signal. On a jab or a related medicine? Talk to your doctor before you add anything.

How long until I notice something?

Easier digestion and a regular routine tend to show up in the first one to two weeks. Feeling fuller takes longer and builds over several weeks. If something claims to kill your appetite on day one, it's a stimulant.

I already take a probiotic. Do I still need Kosen?

A probiotic supplies bacteria; Kosen supplies their food. To settle in, good bacteria need the fibre they feed on; without it, most of what you swallow simply passes through.

What does "28 bioactives" mean?

The 6 are ingredients: wheat fibre, Nutrallax® prune essence, konjac, black tea, acai and Japanese plum. By Wellous's Kuro 154 Matrix™ count, they carry 28 bioactive compounds between them, such as the theaflavins in black tea and the anthocyanins in acai. Add the 126 in ZENSO Advance and you have all 154.

The ZENSO system

Can I take it without ZENSO Advance?

Yes. Since the gut sits at the root of the system, Kosen works alone and makes a sensible starting point. Add ZENSO Advance and all five pillars run together, the ingredients backing each other up.

Which ZENSO programmes already include Kuro Kosen?

ZENSO Pro includes 2 boxes of Kuro Kosen, all five pillars with nothing to add. ZENSO Lite, Advance, GLPro, Keep Burn and the 7-Day Trial Pack don't include Kosen, so you can add this box on its own.

How do I take it with ZENSO Advance?

They're built to go together. Advance looks after morning and before meals (Mizu and Daitto when you wake, Shuga and Oiru before lunch and dinner). Kosen mostly covers the evening: one sachet before dinner (after dinner or at bedtime works too), or one before lunch and one before dinner if you take two. Three time slots, five pillars, roughly five minutes a day.

How to take it

Do I have to choose Prune or White Peach?

No. Every box has 15 Prune and 15 White Peach sachets; alternate them however you like. Prune is deeper and slightly tart; White Peach is lighter and floral.

How many a day, and when?

1-2 sachets a day, your choice. On one, take it in the evening before dinner (after dinner or at bedtime works too); for most people that's enough. On two, take one before lunch and one before dinner. Mix with 200ml room-temperature water, shake well and drink straight away, or make a jelly: 100ml hot water, shake well, then chill in the fridge for an hour. Don't go over 2 a day, and drink enough water through the day. A box of 30 lasts 30 days at one a day, or 15 days at two.

How much water should I drink?

Start with plenty. Soluble fibre works better the more you drink; for the first fortnight, drink more than feels necessary. Always mix the sachet fully in water and never swallow the powder dry. Best chilled.

What if I miss one?

Nothing is lost. Carry on as usual next time, don't double up, and don't go over 2 a day. The steady rhythm over months is what matters.

Safety

Is it a laxative? Will I come to depend on it?

No, there's no stimulant laxative in it. Prunes carry natural fibre and sorbitol and have long been used for gentle regularity; most of the change comes from fibre drawing in water and from well-fed bacteria, not from forcing the bowel. Stick to the dose and drink plenty of water.

Does it contain gluten?

Soluble wheat fibre is taken from the fibre part of wheat, not the protein, and both flavours have their own third-party gluten-free certificate. Coeliac disease or a wheat allergy? Ask your doctor before you start.

Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, check with your doctor first. This page is general information, not medical advice.

I'm on a weight-loss jab and often constipated. Can I take it?

Ask your doctor first. Many people eat less on a jab, so they get even less fibre and things slow down. Kosen is a fibre food, not a medicine; whether to add it, and how to space it from your medicine, is your doctor's call. Never stop a medicine on your own.

Is it safe? How is it tested?

Produced in a GMP-certified facility. Each flavour of every batch goes to a third-party lab for food classification, gluten-free status, heavy metals, microbiological safety and a 365-substance drug screen. Contains no stimulant laxative.

Buying and authenticity

How many boxes should I buy?

To try it, 1 box (30 days at one a day). Good bacteria need about three months to settle back in, so we recommend 3 boxes (buy 2, get 1 free, RM7.11 a day); for the full six months, take 6 (buy 4, get 2 free).

How do I know it's genuine?

Every box carries an anti-counterfeit QR code you can scan when it arrives. Buying from an authorised distributor gets you advisor support and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is ZENSO Kuro Kosen on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell genuine?

Often not. Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. Many listings there are fake, plenty of people only find out after buying, and some sellers pretend to be us. Buy from an authorised distributor for the QR authenticity check, advisor follow-up and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is it halal?

Please check the label on the box, or ask your advisor on Messenger before you order.

How do I order, and what if it doesn't work for me?

Pick your supply and tap order. Messenger opens and your advisor confirms your address and payment; delivery is free across Malaysia. Take it as directed for 30 days and feel no genuine difference? You get 100% of what you paid back.

Full, and still can't stop

Your stomach is done, your head says 'just a bit more'. The 'I'm full' signal isn't arriving on time, so you brake on willpower alone.

An hour after dinner, hungry again

Supper, snacks, a drink, one after another. Fullness arrives late and leaves early. That isn't greed; the signal is weak.

Eating out: lots of rice, hardly any veg

Takeaway, hawker stalls, fast food: a whole day with a few bites of vegetables. The ones really going hungry are your gut bacteria.

Regular only with a laxative

Days between visits, and nothing moves without a pill. The dose keeps climbing and nothing in the gut gets looked after.

Jar after jar of probiotics, nothing felt

You swallowed the bacteria but not their food. Most of them simply pass through.

Never quite regular since the baby

Pregnancy and confinement upset your routine: fewer vegetables, less water, less sleep, and days between visits.

Every one points to the same thing: the gut bacteria that help send your fullness signal have been starved.Learn more

The only enemy

You're not lacking willpower. You're lacking fibre.

Fibre in modern eating fell by more than a third, and the gut bacteria that help send your 'I'm full' signal live on it. Cut the fibre and the bacteria starve; the signal is never sent. However disciplined you are, you're fighting an empty supply chain.Learn more

Fibre fell by more than a third

Daily intake has dropped from around 25g to 16g, while the guideline is 25–38g, and 95% of adults fall short. Of all the changes in how we eat, this one matters most.

The bacteria starved

Your good gut bacteria live on fibre. Cut it by half and the bacteria that help send your 'I'm full' signal thin out.

The 'I'm full' signal stopped arriving

Fed with fibre, good bacteria make tiny 'messengers' that remind your gut to send the fullness signal. Too little fibre, too few messengers, and the signal never goes out.

So you eat past full, and blame yourself

Your gut is short of supplies. It says nothing about your character.

Sound familiar?

Why the gut fixes you've tried didn't hold

Stimulant laxatives

They force a bowel movement, the body builds tolerance and the dose climbs. They feed nothing, and the good bacteria don't come back.

Probiotic capsules alone

Bacteria without their food. To settle in, good bacteria need the fibre they feed on; without it, most of what you swallow simply passes through.

Generic bulk fibre

It bulks things up, but it isn't the kind of fibre good bacteria feed on, so they get little from it.

Detox teas and cleanses

They empty you out and call it progress. There are fewer good bacteria afterwards, and the fullness signal still hasn't returned.

The mechanism

The 'I'm full' signal starts in your gut.

Feeling full isn't only a stretched stomach. When the good bacteria in your gut are fed fibre, they make tiny 'messengers' that remind your gut to send the fullness signal to your brain. For that job they need one thing: fibre.Learn more
  1. Modern eating starves the bacteria

Fibre fell from about 25g to 16g a day, and the good bacteria thinned out.

  2. Fewer bacteria, fewer messengers

Good bacteria ferment fibre into small compounds that are good for your gut. Fewer bacteria means fewer of these messengers.

  3. The fullness signal goes quiet

With too few messengers, the gut's 'enough' signal is weak and you keep eating past full. That's a supply problem, not weak willpower.

Kuro Kosen restores the supply at source

Kuro Kosen restores the supply at source

Soluble wheat fibre is the good bacteria's favourite food, konjac swells with water in your stomach for real fullness, and Nutrallax® prune essence keeps things moving comfortably. Feed the bacteria → the messengers come back → the fullness signal can return. The ingredients work together, so 1 + 1 adds up to more than 2. That's why ZENSO treats the gut as the root, not an add-on.

A question we hear a lot: is it like the weight-loss jab?

No. The jab adds something from outside. Kuro Kosen looks after the system your body already has.

Your gut already sends its own 'I'm full' signals; GLP-1, the name you keep hearing, is one of them. When good bacteria are fed fibre, they help that signal go out. A weight-loss jab supplies something similar from outside. Kuro Kosen contains no medicine at all: it feeds the good bacteria so your body's own fullness signal has a chance to come back.Learn more
Learn more
  • Looks after the source: feeds the bacteria behind your own fullness signal
  • It's food: no needle, no prescription, no monthly cycle
  • Works alongside what you already eat, 1-2 sachets a day

Kuro Kosen is a food, not a drug. It contains no GLP-1 and doesn't replace a prescription medicine. On a weight-loss jab or a related medicine? Speak to your doctor before adding anything, and never stop a prescription on your own.

Fullness that arrives on its own

  1. Comfortable regularity first

Soluble fibre draws in water and Nutrallax® prune essence helps; this is the earliest change, typically settling within 1–2 weeks.

Konjac expands with water in the stomach, so meals end earlier.

  3. Well-fed good bacteria

Wheat fibre is their favourite food, and they slowly settle back in.

  4. Your fullness signal comes back

With more good bacteria, your body's own 'enough' signal has a chance to return, without forcing it.
