How long does ZENSO GLPro take to work? What you notice from day 1 to day 60
Reviewed by Health Advisor Team
Short answer: In days 1–7 on ZENSO GLPro, the routine settles in, and less puffiness from Kuro Mizu is usually the first change you can see. In days 7–21, the GLPro Core course runs and Daitto keeps your two riskiest meals level; for most people, this is when the afternoon crash fades. In days 21–30, Daitto keeps the rhythm going on its own. Sticking to the routine is what does the work, and results vary, so use the full 30 days before you judge.
What happens over the 30 days?
| When | Stage | What most people notice |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–7 | Settle | The habit settles in fast and doesn't take much effort. Less puffiness from Mizu is usually the first thing you see |
| Days 7–21 | Steady | GLPro Core runs until day 21, and Daitto keeps your two riskiest meals level. For most people, the afternoon crash fades here |
| Days 21–30 | Hold | Daitto keeps things steady. Around now, most people decide whether to go on to 60 days |
| Days 30–60 | Baseline (2 sets) | Two months in one order, nothing to reorder on day 30. The habit becomes your baseline |
Why is less puffiness the first thing you see?
CactiNea™ in Kuro Mizu works over a window of about 24–72 hours. It clears retained, sodium-bound water from your face, ankles and midsection. Be clear on one thing: water goes before fat does. In month one, trust the tape measure over the scale.
Why is it faster for some people?
- How carb-heavy your day is: rice, noodles and bread at every meal make the spike-and-dip loop deeper.
- Both Daitto shakes: with only one, your highest-spiking meal is still there.
- The chewables before meals: Shuga and Oiru go in 15–30 minutes before lunch and dinner.
- GLPro Core at a fixed time: same time every day, ideally after a meal.
One set or two?
- 1 set (30 days): the complete 30-day system. Start here.
- 2 sets (60 days): 60 days without a gap and nothing to reorder on day 30. Advisor check-ins extend to days 45 and 60 to make the rhythm your baseline.
Is it normal to feel nothing after a week?
Yes. The first week is the "settle" stage. The point is to lock in the habit. Afternoons usually stop swinging in days 7–21. Check first:
- Are both Daitto shakes replacing your two highest-spiking meals?
- Are you chewing Shuga and Oiru before lunch and dinner?
- Are you having one GLPro Core bottle every day?

Frequently asked questions
How soon will I notice something?
In days 1–7 the routine locks in, and Mizu's fluid-clearing is usually the first visible change. In days 7–21 the GLPro Core course runs and afternoons usually stop swinging. In days 21–30 Daitto carries the rhythm. Individual results vary.
What happens after the 21 days of GLPro Core?
GLPro Core is a three-week course, so it's complete once you finish it. Daitto, Shuga, Oiru and Mizu run the full 30 days. Your advisor checks in on day 21.
How many kilos will I lose?
We won't give a number, because starting points differ. GLPro works on the spike, the dip and the cravings. Water clears before fat does, so in month one trust the tape over the scale.
Do I need to take it for 60 days?
Not necessarily. One set is a complete 30 days. Most people decide around days 21–30 whether to carry on to 60 days, and you can talk it through with your advisor.
