BIO Grape Seed Extract

A BIO Grape Seed tablet gives you 50 mg of grape seed extract at 95% OPCs. OPCs are strong antioxidants: they help neutralise free radicals and protect your cells. They help protect collagen, for supple, glowing skin, and they support healthy circulation and healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

Short for oligomeric proanthocyanidins, the antioxidants in grape seeds. They’re soluble in water and in fat, so they can act in the cell and around it. As an antioxidant, they rate 20× vitamin C and 50× vitamin E.

It varies. During bottle 1 (days 1–30), the first things people usually mention are more freshness and less dullness. The strongest results come in bottle 3 (days 61–90), so plan on 90 days at minimum.
