How do you take ZENSO Lite? One shake in the morning, two chewables before meals, and who should ask a doctor first

Short answer: ZENSO Lite has just two times of day. In the morning, shake up one Kuro Daitto and drink it as or before breakfast, which takes about 2 minutes. Then 15–30 minutes before lunch and dinner, chew 1 Kuro Shuga and 1 Kuro Oiru. Nothing is needed at night. Eat what you already eat, with no calorie counting.
