How do you take ZENSO GLPro? Two Daitto shakes, two chewables before meals and one red-ginseng shot

Short answer: ZENSO GLPro takes about 5 minutes a day. On waking, drink Kuro Mizu, then have a Kuro Daitto shake for breakfast (or keep it for lunch). Chew 1 Kuro Shuga and 1 Kuro Oiru 15–30 minutes before lunch and dinner. Your second Daitto replaces dinner. Drink one 25ml bottle of Jung Kwan Jang GLPro Core at the same time every day, ideally after a meal, shaken first, on days 1–21.

Why only 21 days of GLPro Core?

GLPro Core is designed as a three-week course: one bottle a day, 21 bottles. Daitto is meant to run for 30 days. The set packs each product to its own course length rather than evening the numbers out.

Why two Daitto a day?

Rice, noodles and bread are what spike blood sugar most in a Singaporen day. Two Daitto shakes stand in for the two meals that spike hardest, which smooths what goes in at the source. Shuga's triple sugar block handles the meal that's left. Two boxes of 30 sachets make 60, exactly 30 days.

How does it work if I eat out?

Hawker lunches and family dinners are fine. Just chew the tablets 15–30 minutes before the meal. No calorie counting, and don't skip meals: the meal after a skipped one spikes higher. On day 21, your advisor goes through eating out and social meals with you.

What does it taste like?

• Kuro Daitto: chocolate, vanilla or coffee. You can pick a different flavour for each box. Coffee flavour has about 120mg caffeine per sachet.
• Kuro Shuga: a chewable with cherry blossom and bamboo salt.
• Kuro Oiru: a chewable.
• Kuro Mizu: a herbal drink that tastes better cold.
• GLPro Core: a strong 25ml red-ginseng shot. If you're not used to ginseng, chill it first.

Who should ask a doctor first?

• Pregnant: not recommended.
• Breastfeeding: ask your doctor first.
• On medication: including blood-sugar medicine, blood thinners or GLP-1 drugs. Ask your doctor first. We will never advise you to change a prescription.
• Kidney condition or long-term condition: ask your doctor first.
• Under 18: not suitable. GLPro Core is for adults 18 and above.
• Allergies: Kuro Daitto contains whey protein and soy. Kuro Oiru contains chitosan and isn't suitable if you have a shellfish allergy.

What if I don't feel anything yet?

1. Are you having both Daitto shakes? With only one, your highest-spiking meal is still there.
2. Take GLPro Core at a fixed time: ideally after a meal, at the same time each day, so it's easy to remember.
3. Give it time: for most people, afternoons stop swinging somewhere in days 7–21.
4. Ask your advisor: your advisor checks in on days 1, 7, 21 and 30. Use the full 30 days, and if you don't feel a real difference, you get 100% of what you paid back.
