How do you take ZENSO Advance? When to take each product, eating out and who should ask a doctor first

Short answer: ZENSO Advance fits into three times of day. On waking, drink one Kuro Mizu. At breakfast, shake one Kuro Daitto with 200ml water. Then 15–30 minutes before lunch and dinner, chew 1 Kuro Shuga and 1 Kuro Oiru. Eat your meals as usual and take nothing extra at night. It takes about 5 minutes a day.

What does a day look like?

One set lasts 30 days.

Why split it across the day?

• Mizu on waking: CactiNea™ helps your body clear excess sodium and water while keeping potassium. For most people, a less puffy face and waist is the first thing they notice.
• Daitto at breakfast: a meal of about 130 kcal with protein, all 9 essential amino acids, B vitamins, D3 and iron, plus Slimaluma® to help control appetite. You're not going hungry.
• Shuga and Oiru before meals: Shuga cuts sugar absorption at three points, and Oiru binds part of the dietary fat in your gut and works on fat cells. That's why they go in before the food does.

How does it work if I eat out?

No dieting and no separate diet meals. Restaurants, hawker stalls, takeaway and home cooking are all fine. Just remember to chew the tablets 15–30 minutes before lunch and dinner. On day 14, your advisor goes through client dinners and supper with you.

What does it taste like, and how do I store it?

• Kuro Daitto: chocolate, vanilla or coffee. Coffee flavour has about 120mg caffeine per sachet.
• Kuro Shuga: a sakura bamboo-salt chewable.
• Kuro Oiru: a chewable.
• Kuro Mizu: tastes better chilled.
• Storage: keep in a cool, dry place. No need to refrigerate.

Who should ask a doctor first?

• Pregnant: not recommended.
• Breastfeeding: ask your doctor first. Start once you've recovered after giving birth and your doctor agrees.
• On medication: including GLP-1 weight-loss jabs, blood-sugar or blood-pressure medicine. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
• Long-term condition: ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
• Under 18: not suitable.
• Allergies: Kuro Daitto contains milk and soy. Kuro Oiru contains chitosan from shellfish and is not suitable if you're allergic to seafood.

What if I don't feel anything yet?

1. Check you're doing all three timings: missing the tablet before a meal is the most common slip.
2. Give it time: most people see less puffiness in the first week or two, and the tape measure moves first in month one.
3. Use the tape measure, not just the scale: measure your waist on day 1 as your starting point.
4. Ask your advisor: your advisor checks in on days 1, 7, 14 and 30. Take it for the full 30 days, and if you don't feel a real change, get 100% of what you paid back.
