How long does Kuro Oiru take to work? What happens from week 1 to month 2

Short answer: In week 1 of ZENSO Kuro Oiru, the blocking starts with your first tablet, and oily meals stop sitting so heavy. In weeks 2–4 (1 bottle), the scale starts to shift and clothes start to feel looser. In month 2 (2 bottles), your waist looks visibly slimmer. Everyone's starting point, diet and activity level differ, so take it for at least 30 days before you judge. To reach month 2, choose 2 bottles.

The timeline at a glance
