How long does Kuro Mizu take to work? What happens from day 1 to month 2

Reviewed by Health Advisor Team

Short answer: In the first 1–3 days of ZENSO Kuro Mizu, you may need the toilet a little more in the morning. That's the extra water leaving. In week 1, your face looks less swollen when you wake. In weeks 2–4, your legs feel lighter and clothes feel looser at the waist. In month 2, your face looks more defined. How much salt you eat and how you live differ from person to person, so drink it for at least 30 days before you judge. For the month-2 changes, choose 2 boxes.

The timeline at a glance

When What most people notice
Days 1–3 One sachet on waking; perhaps a few more bathroom trips in the morning as the extra water leaves
Week 1 A less puffy face in the morning; the first drop on the scale is water
Weeks 2–4 (1 box) Lighter legs; clothes a little looser at the waist
Month 2 (2 boxes) A more defined face, and you wake up lighter every morning

Results vary from person to person. Cutting back on salt, drinking enough water and moving more all help.

What did the ingredient study measure?

There is one study of the lead ingredient, CactiNea™: 2 g a day, 15 women, 7 days. The heavy-leg feeling dropped 67%, the swelling feeling in feet, ankles and calves dropped 68%, and 87% were convinced it worked.

This is a study of the ingredient CactiNea™, not of Kuro Mizu itself. It shows what the lead ingredient can do. It doesn't mean you will get the same result within 7 days.

Why do some people notice it sooner than others?

  • How much salt you eat: eating out every day, sambal, kicap, instant noodles and late supper mean your body holds more water.
  • How long you sit and how much you move: long hours sitting or standing in the air-con let water settle in your ankles and calves.
  • Whether you drink enough water: enough water is right. Kuro Mizu handles the salt and the water you hold.
  • Whether you take it every day: one sachet every morning is how the changes build. Taking it only when you remember makes it hard to judge.

Why do we recommend 2 boxes?

Puffiness is the same loop every day: a salty meal, a day sitting down, and water held overnight. Box 1 takes you to lighter legs. Box 2 takes you into month 2 and a more defined face. Two boxes give you 60 days with no gap and nothing to re-order at day 30, and your advisor checks in on days 1, 7, 30 and 60.

If you just want to try it, 1 box (30 days) is enough to tell whether it suits you.

No change after a week. Is that normal?

Everyone is different. Check three things first:

  1. Do you take it every day, as soon as you wake?
  2. Are you eating a lot of salt?
  3. Are you sitting still most of the day?

Drink it for 30 days. If you still don't feel a genuine difference, message your advisor for a full refund.

Frequently asked questions

How soon will I need the toilet more often?

Possibly from days 1–3, in the morning. That's the extra water leaving, which is why you take it when you wake and not at night.

How many kilos will I lose?

We don't give kilo numbers. Kuro Mizu works on retained water and salt: what goes first is water, not fat.

Will the puffiness come back if I stop?

Puffiness comes from daily salty food and long hours sitting. If your eating and routine stay the same after you stop, your body will keep holding water the same way. Less salt and more movement help you keep the difference.

Do I have to buy 2 boxes?

No. To try it, 1 box is enough to judge. For the month-2 changes on the timeline, choose 2 boxes.
