How do you take FEMOIRE Day & Night? How many in the morning, how many at night, and what to take it with
Reviewed by Health Advisor Team
Short answer: With FEMOIRE Day & Night, chew 2 Day tablets in the morning. They taste of berries and need no water. Before bed, drink 1 Night sachet, which tastes lightly of hibiscus and pomegranate and is nicer chilled. It takes under a minute a day, and one box lasts exactly 30 days. The easiest way to remember: Day with breakfast, Night before you brush your teeth.

Why split it between morning and night?
Your skin is in defence mode by day and repair mode by night.
Day in the morning gives antioxidant, oil-control and brightening support while UV and city stress are at their peak. Night before bed uses Rose Placenta® to support your skin's own repair signal while you sleep, when renewal is highest.
Timing each formula to the job your skin is actually doing is the whole point of the design.
What happens in the first two weeks?
- Days 1–18: most people feel it before they see it. Skin feels more hydrated, calmer and less tight.
- A few people: go through a short adjustment phase in the first two weeks as skin renewal speeds up. It usually passes quickly, and your advisor checks in with you during that time.
What can you take it with?
- Vitamin C, fish oil, probiotics: usually fine alongside it.
- Collagen or a multivitamin: if you already take them, take them at a different time of day.
- Prescription medicine, hormone-related supplements: on prescription medicine (isotretinoin or acne antibiotics included) or hormone-related supplements? Ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
- Skincare: keep using your cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. FEMOIRE doesn't replace sunscreen.
Who should ask a doctor first?
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Anyone on prescription medicine, isotretinoin or acne antibiotics included: ask your doctor or pharmacist first
- Anyone with a skin condition or using prescription skin medication: ask your doctor or pharmacist first
- Anyone allergic to pomegranate, rose, hibiscus or yeast: check the full label or ask your advisor first
- Not for children: FEMOIRE is for adults
Frequently asked questions
What if I miss a day?
Nothing is lost. Carry on the next morning as usual, and don't take a double dose to make up for it. Consistency matters more than timing.
Do I need water for the Day chewables?
No. They're chewable, so just chew them.
Does Night have to be chilled?
No. Keep it somewhere cool and dry; it doesn't need the fridge, even in our humid weather. It tastes nicer cold. Once a sachet is open, drink it straight away.
Does it contain caffeine? Will it keep me up?
It contains no caffeine, no added hormones and no animal collagen.
What happens after 90 days? Do I have to keep taking it?
Many people move to a lighter maintenance rhythm. There's no dependency, and you can stop any time.
