Where to buy LIVEON in Canada: authorised distributor vs marketplaces

Short answer: The safest place to buy LIVEON is an authorised distributor. Pick your plan on the product page and tap order: Messenger opens, an advisor confirms your address and payment, and your order ships free anywhere in Canada. When it arrives, scan the anti-counterfeit QR code on the box to confirm it's genuine. If you're not happy within 30 days, you get a full refund, even if you've opened it. Many listings on Shopee, Lazada and Carousell are fake, and Wellous has asked customers not to buy there.

How do the channels compare?

Why shouldn't you buy on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell?

Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. A lot of what's listed there is fake, and plenty of buyers only realise after they've paid, or after they've started drinking it. Some dishonest sellers go further and pose as authorised distributors, using the same photos and the same wording at prices that don't add up.

LIVEON is something you drink every day. In Canadan heat, a box with an unclear history may have sat in a hot warehouse or a car boot for weeks, even if it started out genuine. A small saving buys you a product nobody stands behind.

How do you order from us?

1. Choose a plan. On the product page, pick 1, 3 or 6 boxes. Most people start with 3 boxes (48 days).
2. Tap order. Messenger opens and you're talking to a real advisor.
3. Confirm the details. Your advisor confirms your address and how you'd like to pay.
4. It ships. Once confirmed, your order goes out with free delivery to your door.
5. Get started. Your advisor helps you choose the easiest meal to pair it with, then checks in at set points, such as day 14 and day 42, depending on your plan.

Not ready to order? Ask your questions on Messenger anyway. No purchase needed.

What should you do when your order arrives?

• Scan the QR code first. Every box carries the maker's anti-counterfeit QR code, and checking it takes less than a minute.
• Check the pack. Sealed box, 16 sachets of 20ml each, and a clearly printed expiry date.
• Store it properly. Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and never in the car. Keep it in the fridge if you like it chilled.

If anything looks wrong, don't drink it; contact your advisor straight away. For a full checklist, read how to spot genuine LIVEON.

How can you tell if a seller is authorised?

• Ask for proof of authorisation. A genuine distributor can show it and won't mind being asked. That goes for us too.
• Be wary of prices that seem too good. "Last few boxes" or "clearance stock" deserves questions: where is it from, and when does it expire?
• Ask about follow-up and refunds. A seller with no advisor and no money-back guarantee is usually outside the authorised channel.

Frequently asked questions

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Delivery is free on every plan.

How long does delivery take?

Your order ships once your advisor has confirmed your address and payment. For a delivery estimate to your area, just ask your advisor on Messenger.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If you don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days, message your advisor and you get 100% of what you paid back, even if the box is open.

I bought a box on a marketplace. Can I check it?

Yes, scan the QR code on the box. If it doesn't verify, or there's no QR code at all, don't drink it.
