How do you take Immority MoveOn? How many sachets, when, and what to take it with
Reviewed by Health Advisor Team
Short answer: Take one sachet of Immority MoveOn a day. Shake it, tear it and sip it straight, no water needed, and it tastes best chilled. When? Every morning, after breakfast. A box of 16 lasts exactly 16 days. Structural support depends on taking it every day, so most people choose the full 96-day plan (6 boxes).
How do you take it, at a glance?
| Item | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Amount | 1 sachet (25ml) a day, never more than one |
| When | Every morning, after breakfast |
| How | Shake, tear, sip. No water |
| Taste | Kiwi and green apple, best chilled |
| One box lasts | 16 sachets, 16 days at one a day |
| Recommended | Shortest honest trial 48 days (3 boxes); full plan 96 days (6 boxes) |
Why after breakfast?
The pack says to take it after a meal, and we suggest making that meal breakfast: it's done at the start of the day, so it's hard to forget. Structural support for your joints builds up slowly, and most joint supplements fail because people stop taking them.
That's why MoveOn is a liquid that tastes like a drink: no water, no six to eight large pills, five seconds and done. Keep the box on the breakfast table and open a sachet when you finish eating. Forgot this morning? Have it after lunch or dinner that day instead, but never more than one sachet a day.
What happens in the first few weeks?
- Days 1–7: most people first notice the first hour of the morning feels less stiff and they move more lightly.
- Weeks 2–6: stairs, getting up from a chair and walking downhill start to cost less.
- Weeks 6–12 and beyond: support for bone and muscle catches up, giving everything above a firm base.
What can you take it with?
- Glucosamine or other supplements: usually fine. MoveOn already contains natural glucosamine and chondroitin.
- Prescription medicine: ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
- Seeing a doctor, having injections, or had surgery: MoveOn doesn't replace your doctor's guidance. Stay with your doctor's plan and tell them you're taking it.
Who should ask a doctor first?
- Anyone allergic to egg: do not take it (Ovomet® comes from eggshell membrane, BonePep™ from egg yolk)
- Children: not recommended. MoveOn is made for adults and has no children's serving
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Anyone on medication or managing a long-term condition (ask your doctor or pharmacist)
- Parents on medicine or with a diagnosed condition: ask their doctor first
Not feeling anything? What can you adjust?
- Check you take it every day: taking it every other day, or only when you remember, makes it hard to judge.
- Tie it to breakfast: keep the box on the breakfast table so you don't rely on memory.
- Give it time: structural support takes 4–12 weeks, and in the trial UC-II® only pulled clearly ahead of placebo at day 90.
- Ask your advisor: how you take it and your daily activity can be adjusted one-to-one. Don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days? You get 100% of what you paid back.
Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to drink MoveOn?
Every morning, after breakfast. It's done at the start of the day and hard to forget. Forgot this morning? Have it after lunch or dinner that day instead, but never more than one sachet a day. It tastes best cold, and you don't need water.
What if I miss a day?
No harm done. Have your next sachet as normal the next day; don't take two. Weeks and months of routine count far more than one missed day.
Do I need water?
No. Shake, tear and sip.
Is it suitable for elderly parents?
Yes. Many older people struggle with big tablets; MoveOn is a liquid they just tear open and drink, so hand them one after breakfast. If your parent is on medicine or has a diagnosed condition, ask their doctor first.
Can children take it?
We don't recommend it. MoveOn is a joint drink made for adults, with no recommended serving for children. If a child has joint pain or a sports injury, see a doctor.
Is it vegetarian?
No. Ovomet® and BonePep™ come from egg, and according to Wellous, UC-II® comes from chicken sternum cartilage.
