Where do you deliver?

Orders placed on our US pages are delivered to addresses in the United States. Your advisor confirms your delivery address with you before the order is sent. If you're not sure whether we can reach your address, ask your advisor before you order.

How long will delivery take?

Orders ship from within the US and usually arrive in 1–3 business days. Remote addresses and public holidays can add a day or two. Your advisor sends you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

What if my parcel arrives damaged, or something is wrong or missing?

Message your advisor or email support@healthbywell.com. We will replace the item or refund it, and we cover the cost. A photo of the parcel and the items helps us sort it out quickly.
