What's the difference between NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus?
Think of NOVIA as the balancer: a capsule of seven herbs working on hormones, mood, sleep and intimacy. ISODUCE Plus is the nourisher, an elderflower drink carrying phytoestrogens, ashwagandha for stress, L-arginine and manjakani for intimate comfort, and cranberry with vitamins D3 and E for intimate immunity.
Do I need the set, or just one?
Wellous suggests ISODUCE Plus on its own if perimenopause hasn’t started yet. From perimenopause onwards, through menopause and after, take both, which is exactly what Bloom gives you. Unsure which stage you’re in? Your advisor can help.
How long before I notice a difference?

Can I take NOVIA and ISODUCE Plus together?
Yes, that’s the whole idea of the set. Every day, one NOVIA capsule after a meal plus one ISODUCE Plus sachet; doing both after breakfast is easiest.
How and when do I take it?
After a meal (breakfast is easiest), swallow one NOVIA capsule with water, then take one ISODUCE Plus sachet, either neat or mixed into lukewarm water. It tastes gently floral and a little sweet, at 11 kcal per sachet.
How many NOVIA capsules a day?
One. The dose is one NOVIA capsule a day, after a meal. Taking it every day matters more than taking more.
Can I take two ISODUCE Plus sachets a day?
The ISODUCE Plus pack says 1–2 sachets a day; Wellous's morning routine uses 1. At 2 a day, a box lasts 10 days. Not sure? Ask your advisor.
Should I stop during my period?
No. You can keep taking both during your period; there's no need to pause. Neither contains synthetic hormones in lab testing; the phytoestrogens inside come from plants and are gentler than hormone medicines. If your flow gets clearly heavier or longer, or you bleed between periods, stop and see a doctor.
Can I take it after menopause?
Yes. Bloom is made for women from 45, during perimenopause and after menopause too. One thing to watch: if your last period was 12 months ago or longer, bleeding is not normal. Stop taking it and see a doctor.

Does it contain hormones?
Testing found no synthetic hormones. The USM toxicology lab checked NOVIA (batch 124WNVA46) for six hormones, norethisterone, ethinyl estradiol and progesterone included, and none showed up. ISODUCE Plus has a separate certificate confirming no synthetic hormones. Its phytoestrogens are plant-based, from soy and Pueraria mirifica.
Is it safe? Are there side effects?
NOVIA is a traditional product registered with KKM (MAL19126072T); NPRA classifies ISODUCE Plus as a food. Both carry JAKIM halal certification. Lab tests showed no synthetic hormones, none of 231 drug compounds, no heavy metals and no harmful microbes. In the first few weeks your period may arrive earlier or later, or be heavier. Don’t take it if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, trying for a baby or have a hormone-sensitive condition.
Who should not take it?
Not for you if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or trying for a baby (NOVIA has saffron and fenugreek), if you’re under 18, or if you have now or have had breast, uterine or ovarian cancer, endometriosis or fibroids. Taking the pill, HRT, blood thinners, thyroid or psychiatric medicine? Speak to your doctor first.
