How do you spot genuine FEMOIRE NOVIA? 6 checks before you buy in Singapore (QR + KKM check)

Short answer: The quickest way to check genuine FEMOIRE NOVIA is to scratch the Wellous Scratch & Scan QR on the box and scan it. The box also carries the Singaporen KKM hologram and registration number MAL19126072T. Before you buy, choose a distributor who can show proof of authorisation. When it arrives, check the factory seal, expiry date, name and ingredients. Listings on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell are mostly third-party resellers outside the authorised channel, with no advisor support and no money-back guarantee.

Heads-up: Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. Many listings there are fake, plenty of people only find out after buying, and some sellers pretend to be us.

What does genuine NOVIA look like?

What are the 6 checks before you buy?

1. Scratch and scan the QR code first

When your order arrives, scratch the Wellous Scratch & Scan QR on the box and scan it. If it doesn't show a verification result, or there is no QR, don't open it. Contact the seller straight away.

2. Check the KKM hologram and MAL number

The box should carry the KKM hologram and registration number MAL19126072T. If there is no hologram, or the number doesn't match, don't take it.

3. Ask the seller for proof of authorisation

Just ask. An authorised distributor can show it and won't mind. The same goes for us: feel free to ask.

4. Is the price unreasonably low?

If the price is far below normal and the seller talks about "last few bottles" or "warehouse clearance", ask where the stock comes from and when it expires. If the seller can't say, don't risk it.

5. Is the box factory-sealed?

Every box of NOVIA ships sealed. Check whether the seal has been opened or redone, and whether the bottle is dented. Film yourself opening the parcel. It makes any problem easier to sort out.

6. Are the expiry date and ingredients clear?

The expiry date should be printed clearly, not scratched off or covered by a sticker. The ingredient list should show the seven plant extracts above. If it's close to expiry, or the ingredients don't match, ask before you order.

Why we don't recommend buying on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell

Listings on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell are mostly third-party resellers outside the authorised channel. The usual problems: unclear source, unknown storage (Singapore is hot, and stock left in a warehouse or a car can suffer), nobody responsible if something goes wrong, and no money-back guarantee.

For something you swallow that relates to your hormones, a clear source matters even more. Buy from an authorised distributor and you get QR verification, advisor support and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

What should you do when it arrives?

• Check, scratch and scan before you open it.
• Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Don't leave it in the car.
• Read the ingredient list once before taking it. If you are allergic to any ingredient, don't take it.

Frequently asked questions

Are FEMOIRE NOVIA and NOVIA the same product?

Yes. FEMOIRE is Wellous's women's range, and NOVIA is the product name.

Does NOVIA have a MAL number?

Yes. NOVIA is a KKM-registered traditional product, registration number MAL19126072T, and the box carries the KKM hologram.

Is a much cheaper listing online always fake?

Not always, but the risk is much higher. The source, storage and expiry are all hard to confirm, and there is no money-back guarantee. For something you swallow, a clear source matters more than saving a little.

If I buy from you, how do I know it's genuine?

We are an authorised distributor. Every box ships factory-sealed with a Scratch & Scan QR you can verify. Not happy? You get a full refund within 30 days.
