Where to buy MOVEON in the UAE: ordering from an authorised distributor, delivery and the money-back guarantee

Short answer: Buy MOVEON from an authorised distributor. With us, you pick a plan on the product page and tap order. Messenger opens, an advisor confirms your address and payment, and the order ships free anywhere in the UAE. Every box carries an anti-counterfeit QR code, and if you don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days you get a full refund, even if you've opened it. Wellous has asked customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms, where fakes are common.

Key points

Why not buy on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell?

Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy MOVEON on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. The reasons are simple:

• Fakes are common. Many listings are counterfeit, and plenty of people only find out after they've bought, and sometimes after they've been drinking it.
• Sellers pose as authorised distributors. A listing that says "genuine" or "authorised" proves nothing on its own.
• Nobody answers for it. The source, the expiry date and how the stock was stored are all unclear. UAEn heat in a warehouse or a parked car can damage a product, and if something goes wrong there's no guarantee to fall back on.

MOVEON works because of what's in each sachet: three patented ingredients, UC-II®, Ovomet® and BonePep™, with 40mg of UC-II® and 500mg of turmeric. Buy from an unknown source and you've paid for that without knowing what you're actually drinking.

How to inspect the box, scan the code and read the expiry date when it arrives is covered in our 6 checks for genuine MOVEON.

How does ordering work here?

2. Tap order. Messenger opens and you're talking to a real advisor.
3. Your advisor confirms. They check your address and payment, then your order ships.
4. It arrives. Delivery is free . Scan the QR code on the back of the box before you open it.

Not ready to order? Message the advisor anyway. Questions are welcome, with no purchase needed.

What happens after you order?

Buying is only the start. Your advisor messages you on Messenger:

• Day 1: a start-up guide on making the after-breakfast sachet a habit.
• Days 7 and 30 (3- and 6-box plans): check-ins on morning stiffness, stairs and standing up.
• Days 60 and 96 (6-box plan): exercise and daily-activity tips, then a chat about what comes next once the 96 days are done.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days, send your advisor one message and you get 100% of what you paid back. That holds even if the box is open and you've drunk some of it. The risk sits with us; your part is to take it every day.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy MOVEON on online marketplaces?

Listings on third-party platforms are outside the authorised channel, and Wellous has asked customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell and similar sites. Buy from a distributor who can show proof of authorisation, then scan the QR code when it arrives.

A seller says they're authorised. How do I check?

Ask them to show proof. A genuine authorised distributor can, and won't mind being asked. The same goes for us. Then scan the QR code once the box arrives.

What does delivery cost, and how long does it take?

Delivery is free . For shipping and arrival times, ask your advisor on Messenger when you order.

Can I get a refund if I've opened the box?

Yes. If you don't feel a genuine difference within 30 days, you get 100% back, opened or not.

Can I try it before buying a full box?

Yes.
