It depends on where you are, so we don't quote a fixed number of days here. When your order is placed, your advisor confirms the delivery estimate for your address and sends you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

What if my parcel arrives damaged, or something is wrong or missing?

Message your advisor or email support@healthbywell.com. We will replace the item or refund it, and we cover the cost. A photo of the parcel and the items helps us sort it out quickly.
