Who runs this site?

We are an authorised Wellous distributor, not Wellous itself. The products are made by Wellous (Malaysia). Read more about us.

Product information and prices

Product information and prices are set separately for each market. The prices on our UK pages are the uniform list prices for the UK, in pounds sterling (£), and are shown on each product page.

Promotions

Promotions are Wellous promotions. When one is running, it is shown on the product page with its dates, and it applies only within those dates.

Orders

Today, you order through Facebook Messenger: choose a pack on a product page, and an advisor confirms the order, delivery address and payment with you. Your order is confirmed once your advisor has confirmed it with you. Online card checkout is coming later.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may correct it before we confirm your order. You will see the correct price before you pay.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is free on every order; see our shipping policy. Refunds, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, follow our returns policy.

The information on this site is general information, not medical advice. Our products are health functional foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
