How do you spot genuine EROJAN? 6 checks before you buy in the UK (QR code check)

Short answer: The fastest way to spot genuine EROJAN is to scan the anti-counterfeit QR code on the bottle. Before you buy, choose a distributor who can show proof of authorisation. When it arrives, check the factory seal, expiry date, name and ingredients. If the price is far below £80 a bottle, it may be old stock, repacked, or not genuine at all.

Heads-up: Wellous has issued a notice asking customers not to buy on Shopee, Lazada, Carousell or other third-party platforms. Many listings there are fake, plenty of people only find out after buying, and dishonest sellers pose as authorised distributors.

What does the genuine product look like?

What are the 6 checks before you buy?

1. Scan the QR code first

When your order arrives, scan the anti-counterfeit QR code on the bottle first. If it doesn't verify, or there's no QR code, don't open it. Contact the seller straight away.

2. Can the seller show proof of authorisation?

Ask directly. An authorised distributor can show it and won't mind. The same goes for us: you're welcome to ask.

3. Is the price unreasonably low?

Far below £80 a bottle, sold as "clearance" or "last few bottles"? Ask where the stock came from. If they can't say clearly, don't take the risk.

4. Is it factory-sealed?

Check whether the seal has been opened or stuck back down, and whether the bottle is dented. Record a video when you unbox it; it makes any problem easier to sort out.

5. Is the expiry date clear?

The expiry date should be printed clearly, not scratched off or covered by a sticker. If it's close to expiry, ask before you order.

6. Check the name and ingredients

The bottle should read EROJAN, 60 vegetable capsules, with the six botanicals listed above. If the spelling is different or the ingredients don't match, don't take it.

Why not buy from Shopee, Lazada or Carousell?

Most listings on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell are third-party resellers outside the authorised channel. The usual problems: you can't tell where the stock came from, you don't know how it was stored (UKn heat in a warehouse or a car affects the product), nobody is responsible if something goes wrong, and there's no money-back guarantee.

There's a bigger point, too. Genuine EROJAN was screened for 26 undeclared drugs and none were found. With stock of unknown origin, you don't know what's been added.

Buy from an authorised distributor and you get QR verification, an advisor who follows up, and the 30-day money-back guarantee.

What should you do once it arrives?

• Check it and scan the code before you open it.
• Close the cap tightly and store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun. Don't leave it in the car.
• Read the ingredient list before you start. If you're allergic to any ingredient, don't take it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the EROJAN sold here genuine?

Yes. It's genuine and factory-sealed, 60 vegetable capsules a bottle, and every bottle can be verified with its QR code. We are an authorised Wellous distributor.

Is a much cheaper bottle online always fake?

Not always, but the risk is much higher. It may be old stock, badly stored, or not real EROJAN at all, and there's no money-back guarantee. Don't gamble with what you swallow.

Has genuine EROJAN been screened for drugs?

Yes. The Toxicology Laboratory at Universiti Sains UK's National Poison Centre screened it for 26 undeclared drugs using GC-MS. None were detected.

Can I ask before I order?

Yes. A real advisor answers you on Messenger, one-to-one and private.
